What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
I walked into a health shop and was advised to have a blood test done, rather that try something off the shelf.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
I love exercise, but got extremely tired after normal exercise. I had high blood pressure due to a lot of stress.
What change did you first notice once on the Sevenpointfive Program?
I had been on many detox programs before, and was taking a lot of supplements already. So I did not expect this detox to be any different from the rest. (Famous lastwords) I also decided to stop my blood pressure medication. Then when I started the detox, I could not believe how my body reacted! I thought I was going to die. Christo said, only to phone him if I was afraid I was NOT going to die. I phoned. He very calmly explained that it’s not uncommon for my body to react the way it did, as it was getting rid of the toxins.
How has Sevenpointfive changed your quality of life?
I have a lot more energy, my muscle pains are gone completely. I am a lot calmer and feel up to life again. I was also advised me to have my Reverse Osmosis water filter changed to a healthier alternative. As a result, I had my mother’s RO changed and I have since advised a lot of my family and friends to pay Sevenpointfive a visit and have their blood analysed.
