What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
I was tired of popping tablets to address my acid levels; blood pressure and decreasing energy levels. Also weight/cholesterol issues.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
I had high cholesterol and high acid levels and low sleep/anxiety and not so good eating habits. I was not able to drink water and I could go for 2 – 3 days without drinking water. I had tense muscles and headaches.
What change did you first notice once on the Sevenpointfive Program?
I had an increase in bowel movements and I became very alert and energetic. After the 6 day program a lot of the aches and pains disappeared. I can now drink 1.5 – 2 litres of water a day. I have lost more than 8cm around my waistline and I am more energetic and on the go more.
How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?
I am now constantly aware of what to eat as it affects my blood system and health.
