What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
I went for reflexology and needed to take a probiotic and was told about SBO from Sevenpointfive. I liked the product; it cleared up my candida so I was curious if it would also help for sinus.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
I have been struggling with sinus problems for years now and the last five months it has become chronic.
What other methods of healing have you tried for Sinusitis, what medications were you on and for how long?
I have been for allergy treatment which did help for about three months. I have been using MedLemon and Nurofen for many years now.
What change did you first notice once on the Sevenpointfive Program?
In my week of cleansing, my Sinusitis symptoms cleared up fantastically. When I went back on my regular diet, my sinuses clogged up again and I had terrible post nasal drip. I was looking for a miracle cure but I realized I needed to cut certain things out.
How long did it take for you to regain physical/mental control over your life?
It took me a month to realise that I wanted to feel better, much more than I wanted certain foods.
How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?
The support and knowledge helped a great deal and not having to guess what will help and mostly to know that I am no longer putting strain on my body and compromising my health.

Sinusitis Explained
Sinusitis, often referred to as a sinus infection, is a common condition characterized by inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses. These air-filled cavities are located behind the forehead, cheeks, nose, and eyes.
Sinusitis can be acute, lasting up to four weeks, or chronic, persisting for longer durations. Symptoms of Sinusitis typically include facial pain, pressure, nasal congestion, headache, fatigue, and nasal discharge, which may be green or yellow in color. Common causes of Sinusitis include viral infections, bacterial infections, allergies, and nasal polyps. Diagnosis is often based on symptoms and physical examination, sometimes aided by imaging studies like CT scans.
