Fatigued, stressed, constipated and a general feeling of being unwell as well as insomnia

For the last 3 years I have been on Avonex, Dormonoct, Pexola, Zolpidem, Epillum and Tripoline as well as others
What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive Program?
Headaches and muscle spasms diminished, I slept well and the constipation was alleviated
