What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
I read about it in the Crest magazine.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
I used to be a huge sufferer of gout. One glass of red wine would make my joints sore.
What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive program?
My energy levels increased and my heartburn stopped. I can now feel the difference early in the morning when I wake up and I have energy for the entire day.
How has Sevenpointfive changed your quality of life?
I can now enjoy red wine at dinner and have some biltong at rugby. I can walk back to the car without gout kicking in.
